 If you would like to enroll yourself or your child in the 2024 HIGH DESERT SWIM PROGRAM, please fill out and submit the registration form below. Serious enrollment submissions only, please.  I may attemp to schedule your child with others of the same age and ability. Once I do that and start notifying parents, it is very difficult to have to re-group if you change your mind.
 
 
PRIVATE AND SEMI-PRIVATE LESSONS CAN BE SCHEDULED AT ANY MUTUALLY AGREEABLE AND AVAILABLE TIMES AND DAYS. BE SURE TO STATE WHAT WORKS FOR YOU IN YOUR REGISTRATION FORM. WE CAN FINE-TUNE ON A INDIVIDUAL BASIS. 
 
 
 
 PLEASE NOTE THAT PAYMENT MUST BE MADE BY ZELLE TO: WENDY GREULACH (831) 236-6123 , or arrangements made to pay by CASH on the first day of classes. SEE HOME PAGE FOR FEE DETAILS.  See bottom of registration form for payment details.  Remember that enrollment in my classes will be for a series of EIGHT (8) thirty minute sessions, to be arranged at times and days which are agreed upon based on our mutual convenience and availability. If there is enough interest, I could add another session following the first 8 lessons (TBD).  Total cost must be paid in advance to reserve your spot. ALL REGISTRATION IS ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. Do NOT send payment until your class has been confirmed! Be sure to check the boxes for ALL class times which your child could attend. Also, check the  "I need to make other payment arrangements" at the botom if you will be paying cash.    Your child will not be considered enrolled until payment is received or arrangements have been made.

The proposed classes will be scheduled between 11-ish and 3-ish. They could be slightly earlier, or run slightly later, DEPENDING ON ENROLLMENT.
